Manfred Bartsch
February 2, 1937 to January 3, 2021
Manfred was born in East Germany in 1937. He came to the U.S. when he was a teenager. As the article below said he was a sergeant in the Marshall department. He was a model train enthusiast and he loved his German beer and a good cigar. He was a happy supporter of our weekly BINGO games. We will miss his smiling face and cheery attitude.
