Membership Renewal Forms are available at monthly membership meetings. Or, you can also print the form and complete it at home. Payments are accepted at the General Meeting by check, Zelle, or exact cash of $15.
Please mail in your completed renewal form and your check made payable to Chino Hills 55+ Club. You may also use Zelle to pay if you’re mailing in your form (please indicate on the form).
All memberships are for the fiscal year of July 1 to June 30.
